This statement is truly realistic in our daily life, if we really understand the core meaning of it. Education is not only decorative quality but also something applicable in the ral practices of life, which is always dynamic in nature. To achieve such education we have to practice learning from our family members, friends and educational institutions’ environment, especially from GURUS(Lecturers), who are the prime root to create education. Now-a-days educational environment is toggling with unethical behaviors. Therefore to gain knowledge or wisdom, private sector institutions have to play very responsible role in an educatin within the country. There is a mega tendency to gain higher eductaion from foreign countries. Hence, many students are willingly or forcibly escaping to the other countries and are even becoming low level emloyees for their livelihood. It is creating very critical situation in the nation, which we should address bit by bit from the side of private sector. With such a view, considering the gravity of the situation, Oxford College of Engineering and Management and Oxford Higher secondary School(Oxford College) has been established in 2000 AD by various educational discipline expersts like ICT Engineering, management, Scienece etc. It is proceeding ahead making every possible attempt to achieve the goal of excellence.
